Semi-Apologetic

full of feeling

avoid what's being said
completely different dialogue
running through the head
simmering with righteous indignation
steaming hot cup of pride
swallowed with prejudice
the great divide
standing on misunderstanding
doesn't make it so
knowledge breeds arrogance
what we think we know
can adults build real trust
and like children learn to share
where do we go from here
in order to get there
